The Backstory

Our Story
Kim DeLaney started her entrepreneurship journey in 2017 here in Concord. My Green House LLC was established out of her own battle with an autoimmune disease. The  mission was to expand CBD knowledge and its many benefits within  the community. In 2019, they created the first major hemp industry event based in Charlotte called the Carolinas Cannabis Convention. In Spring 2021, expanding their event footprint, partnered with local hemp farmers to produce an outdoor festival in Rowan county incorporating onsite camping with hemp greenhouse tours, entertainment, speakers and vendors!

In 2021, HaZi Enterprises was created to encompass the holistic scope of the company. In creating a path for equality and equity within the housing market, HaZi is working to develop a tiny home community starting in Cabarrus. By collaborating with community leaders and green companies, the vision is to develop an eco-friendly and sustainable community.
